Haylie is an unofficial 2nd grader (since we are going to have her go to 2nd grade again next year), and since 2nd grade is when the dreaded STAR test begins, she doesn't have to take it. So, I pulled her out of school last week for a fun day at the Santa Barbara Zoo. It is a fantastic place, and the weather was beautiful!
