iFly, You Fly

Last night we headed to Universal City for a fun night with Trevor's company. We drove down with our friends Jaime and Matt, which was great because it gave Matt and Trevor time to talk about work (as if being together 15 hour/day isn't enough!).
Jaime and I were glad to have each other!

Trevor and I in front of Hard Rock Cafe.
We went to a place called iFly. It is this crazy wind tunnel that simulates sky diving. I was pretty nervous, but it was really fun!

Trevor and I in our get-up. Ready to go!

After our flight we went to dinner and then headed home...well, at least Jaime and I did. Trevor and Matt wanted to go back and spend some more time at work, so they went to the facility at 11pm and stayed until 3am. Poor guys!

My Cute Moo-Cow and a Beach Day

My friend Becky gave Audra this darling dress. All day at church she would look at people and say,
"Moo" with the most darling little smile. I love this baby, even thought she isn't much of a baby anymore.

We had no school on Monday so we took a drive up to Ventura (all of 15 minutes) to the beach. Lots of our new friends came too and we had a great day. It was a little bit chilly, but of course the kids didn't care one bit.

These are two of my darling friends here - Nadine and Jamie.

I wish I would have taken more pictures! It was so much fun and I can't wait for summer beach days!

Disneyland

I've been watching craiglist.com for some time to find cheap tickets to Disneyland for annual passes. On Monday I found someone selling a couple for super cheap, so I loaded up the kids and we drove to Hollywood to pick up the tickets. From there, we drove to my parent's house and then went to Disneyland on Tuesday. We had a great day!

Audra was pretty nervous about most of the rides (much more than when we went in September). This was about the only ride that she didn't bite her arm on. For whatever reason, when she would get nervous on the rides, she would bite her arm!

Both of my big girls we absolute dolls and Audra was so good for only sleeping a few hours the night before and not napping all day at the park! Haylie rode the rockets all by herself since Katie couldn't ride without an adult. She did a great job!

We met up wish some old friends from our Santa Margarita days. All the little kids were darling! From left to right we have Charlie (Danny Woffinden's), Halyie, Eden (Danny's), Audra, Avery (Lindsey Gregson's), Bryson (Clay Thomas'), Katie, and Zack (Clay's).
Clay looks like he had the time of his life on the Tea Cups! I was glad that he and his sweet wife Sunny took my kids so I didn't have to be sick.

We had a great time and were very glad to see our friends! Here's to many more Disneyland days in lieu of school!
